About memberships
Beaver County Model Railroad & Historical Society offers several classes of membership that can be found below. unfortunately due to the organizations bylaws at this time signing up online is not possible at this time. If you would like to become a member please stop down on Tuesday, our doors are typically open from 6pm – 8 or 9pm.
Full Membership
Voting and operating rights as well as the right to hold elective office
and have key access to the Society headquarters. Full Members will also have access to the clubs digital archive.
Social Membership
No voting, right to hold elective office, or key access to the Society
headquarters. Social members are not permitted to operate the layout or bring
equipment to be run on the layout. Social Membership is limited to a lifetime six-month
period after which the member must choose another membership type or resign.
Retired Membership
Same as Full Membership, but must be 55 years of age and retied
from full-time employment.
Student Membership
Terminates at 18 years of age. No key access to Society headquarters. Student members may vote except for matters regarding funds and
operating rights. Student members may operate the layout and bring their own
equipment to run. A parent or guardian is required to be inside the building anytime the
student member is in attendance.
